Buying

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, then complete checkout. Each cart belongs to a single shop: to order from another shop, finish your current order first or empty your cart. This helps each seller ship quickly and keep stock accurate. You receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

Does Bombalyx hold its own stock?

No, by design: each partner shop stores and manages its own stock, which we sync with the marketplace. Availability is updated in real time, so an item shown as available really is available. As Merchant of Record, Bombalyx remains your official seller: we collect the payment and stand behind your order until delivery.

Is my purchase protected?

Yes. Every order is covered by Bombalyx Buyer Protection. If an item never arrives or clearly does not match the listing, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will help you get a refund.

What does “verified condition” mean?

Every listing states the exact condition of the item (New, Like new, Excellent, Good, Fair), compatibility and box contents. Refurbished and pre-owned items are tested and described honestly, including flaws. If the condition you receive does not match, Buyer Protection applies.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel from your account while the order has not shipped — if it has already been paid, contact us and we will cancel and refund where possible. Once the item has shipped, cancellation is handled as a return: you have 30 days from delivery, including if you simply changed your mind.

Selling

How do I open a shop?

Go to Start selling, choose a shop name and tell us whether you sell as an individual or a business. You can publish your first item in minutes, with no listing fee.

How much does selling cost?

Listing is free. When an item sells, Bombalyx takes a 9% + €0.40 commission on the item amount and pays you the rest directly. No monthly subscription and no fee for items that do not sell.

When do I get paid?

Bombalyx collects every payment as Merchant of Record. Once the order is paid, your share is credited to your Bombalyx wallet, and you can request a payout to your bank account at any time, usually processed within a few business days.

Shipping and returns

Who handles shipping?

Each seller ships their own items and sets shipping prices and handling times, shown on every listing. Once an order ships, the seller adds a tracking number so you can follow it from your order page.

How do returns work?

Returns are handled by Bombalyx, the official seller: request a return from your order page within 30 days of delivery and we email you a prepaid label. You never need to negotiate with the shop, and Buyer Protection covers items that arrive damaged or not as described.

Account and payments

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Bombalyx never stores your full card number.

How do I change my email or password?

Open account settings from the menu in the top right. You can update your profile, manage addresses and view past orders there.
