Terms and Conditions of Sale — DSHOW COVER — Atelier Tactile 1. Scope and hierarchy of terms These shop-specific terms apply to purchases made from DSHOW COVER — Atelier Tactile through Bombalyx. They explain the supplier's identity, the catalogue, order handling, fulfillment, returns, and buyer responsibilities. By placing an order, the buyer also accepts the marketplace-wide Terms of Service, Fulfillment or Shipping and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy made available by Bombalyx. Those marketplace-wide documents form part of the contract and prevail if there is a conflict concerning checkout, payment, order acceptance, refunds, disputes, or operation of the marketplace. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected. 2. Parties and commercial roles DSHOW COVER LIMITED operates DSHOW COVER — Atelier Tactile as the independent supplier responsible for the products, listing accuracy, and supplier obligations allocated under the marketplace rules. Bombalyx LTD, operator of Bombalyx, is the seller and Merchant of Record for orders placed through the marketplace. Bombalyx LTD handles checkout, payment collection, order records, and approved refunds under the marketplace-wide policies. The supplier does not independently collect marketplace-held card payments or replace the marketplace's decisions on order acceptance and refunds. References to “the shop” mean DSHOW COVER — Atelier Tactile; references to “the marketplace” mean Bombalyx and its operator where the context requires. 3. Supplier identity and registered address - Legal supplier: DSHOW COVER LIMITED - Registered address: Office Suite 29A, 3/F 23 Wharf Street, 292512, SE8 3GG London, GB - Registration country: GB - Entity type: Company The registered address identifies the supplier and is not automatically an authorized returns address. Buyers must use the return instructions issued through Bombalyx before sending any item or document. No tax, company-registration, representative, or banking identifier is implied unless it is separately displayed as verified public information. 4. Each live listing states the main characteristics, format or condition, inclusions, price, currency, and material restrictions known at publication. Images and colours can vary slightly by screen or, for handmade and vintage goods, by the individual item. Buyers must read the complete listing and choose the correct product, variant, size, format, quantity, or access level before ordering. If listing information is materially wrong or an item becomes unavailable, the marketplace may correct the information, reject the order before acceptance, or offer the remedy required by applicable law and its policies. 5. Prices, taxes, and additional charges The price and transaction currency displayed at checkout apply to the order. Any delivery charge, marketplace fee, discount, and tax collected through checkout is shown before the buyer submits payment when applicable. A price shown on an earlier page, cached page, advertisement, or screenshot does not override the final checkout summary. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors do not create an obligation to fulfill an order at the erroneous value. Where law requires a correction, the buyer will be informed and may be asked to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund through the marketplace. 6. Order submission, acceptance, and payment Submitting payment is an offer to buy; it is not confirmation that an order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when Bombalyx provides an order confirmation or another clear acceptance notice. An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfillment if payment authorization fails, required verification is incomplete, the item is unavailable, the order breaches published restrictions, or a material listing or pricing error is found. Payment is collected by Bombalyx LTD using the payment methods and secure payment provider shown at checkout. The payment provider may require authentication or fraud-prevention checks. Buyers must use payment details they are authorized to use and must not attempt duplicate, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful transactions. 7. Fulfillment and delivery Orders for physical products are prepared and delivered using the methods, destinations, costs, and indicative timeframes shown on the listing or during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events outside reasonable control. The buyer must provide a complete delivery address and promptly report visible damage, non-delivery, or an incorrect item through the official Bombalyx support route. Tracking is supplied when it is available for the selected delivery method. The order confirmation and live listing contain the most specific fulfillment information for an order. Buyers should contact Bombalyx promptly if access or delivery has not occurred after the stated estimate; they should not initiate an unapproved return or disclose payment credentials to the supplier. 8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds Eligibility, exclusions, request windows, evidence, return condition, return costs, and refund processing are governed by the Bombalyx Fulfillment or Shipping and Returns Policy, the shop return notes displayed on the About page, and mandatory consumer law. Shop notes may add practical product details but cannot remove a statutory right or reduce a remedy promised by the marketplace-wide policy. A buyer must open a request through the official Bombalyx route before returning a product. Approved refunds are issued by Bombalyx LTD through the marketplace, normally to the original payment method. Processing and bank-posting times can vary. Products that are damaged, defective, materially not as described, or incorrectly supplied are handled under the marketplace policy and applicable law. 9. Buyer responsibilities and prohibited conduct The buyer must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and order information; keep account credentials secure; review confirmations; follow lawful use and return instructions; and cooperate reasonably with verification or support requests. The buyer is responsible for choices that were clearly described, including format, compatibility, size, variant, delivery destination, and access requirements. Buyers must not misuse payments, promotions, reviews, returns, chargebacks, access links, or support channels; purchase for an unlawful purpose; interfere with the marketplace; infringe another person's rights; or make a false non-delivery, unauthorized-payment, or item-condition claim. These rules do not prevent a buyer from raising a genuine complaint or exercising a legal right. 10. Intellectual property and permitted use Buying a physical item transfers ownership of that item after the order is completed, but it does not transfer intellectual-property rights in product copy, photographs, designs, trademarks, or other protected material. Buyers may not copy listings or use protected material for resale, impersonation, or another commercial purpose without permission. The names and marks of DSHOW COVER LIMITED, DSHOW COVER — Atelier Tactile, Bombalyx, Bombalyx LTD, and their licensors remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in an order grants permission to imply endorsement, partnership, or ownership of those marks. 11. Conformity, liability, and events outside control The supplier remains responsible for the conformity and accuracy of the products and listings to the extent assigned by applicable law and the marketplace rules. Bombalyx LTD remains responsible for the seller and Merchant-of-Record obligations it expressly assumes in the marketplace-wide terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or undelivered products. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. Reasonable delays caused by carriers, network outages, customs, public authorities, severe weather, or other events outside reasonable control are addressed under the marketplace policy; this does not remove any mandatory cancellation, refund, or conformity right. 12. Personal data and payment security Personal data is handled under the Bombalyx Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Order data may be shared with DSHOW COVER LIMITED only as needed to fulfill the order, provide support, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider through the marketplace checkout rather than being requested in shop messages. Buyers should never send full card details, passwords, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive data directly to the shop. Suspected account or payment misuse should be reported through the official Bombalyx support route. 13. Support, complaints, applicable rules, and updates Questions, cancellations, return requests, and complaints must be submitted through the current support method published by Bombalyx, with the order reference and relevant evidence. The marketplace-wide Terms of Service identify the governing law, dispute process, operator contact details, and any mandatory local consumer protections; these shop-specific terms do not invent or replace that jurisdiction. The version presented or linked when an order is accepted applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. These terms may be updated prospectively when the supplier facts, catalogue, fulfillment model, law, or marketplace rules change. A later update does not retrospectively remove an accrued consumer right.
